Ayutthaya

Friday, May 27, 2011 @ 9:29 PM

Each year, my mom's company would organize a trip for their employers called "Family Day" where each employee could bring a few family members to participate in the trip with. Just like any other year, my mom took my father, my sister, my grandmother, and of course, me :) So together we went to Ayutthaya, a province here in Thailand, and our schedule varied from visiting the temple, sightseeing on a boat, to even shopping at a tourist market nearby. We were just starting off the day at the first temple, whenthe sky was gradually filling up with ominous, dark clouds. It started to rain eventually, which would explain why some of the photos are looking on the gloomy side. But at the very least I was glad that I got this chance to experience and visit places in MY own country that I never have seen before. :)
